Return & Exchange Policy

At H&S Collection, your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return your perfume under the following conditions:

✅ Return Window

You may request a return within 3 days of receiving your perfume.

✅ Usage Condition

The product must be returned with no more than 5ML used (from the 50ML bottle). Items used beyond this limit will not be eligible for return or exchange.

✅ Refund or Exchange Options

Once your return is approved, you may choose one of the following:
• Full refund of your payment
OR
• Exchange for another perfume of your choice (equal or lesser value)

✅ Return Shipping Address

All returns must be shipped to Karachi, Postal Code: 75800.
Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
